My favorite player is Mike Komisarik. The most awesome goalie is Martin Brodeur. The greatest forward is the one and only, Saku Koivu. The best team , they rock, is the Montreal Canadiens.

Sleeping Lily

Sleeping Lily
Once upon a time a baby named Lily lived in a village. She was born in her house and lived there with her Mother and Father. On the day of her birth a witch said that on her sixteenth birthday an old woman would sneak into her room and put a poison necklace in her jewellery box. When the Mother and Father heard what the witch said they told the King and Queen to burn all of the necklaces. Then sixteen years later Lily went for a walk in the forest to find her three fairy friends and she did not find them. By mistake Lily bumped into the prince of the village and Lily ran away from the prince. When Lily ran away the witch saw the prince following her. She knew that he would someday go back to find her. So the witch put tall thorn bushes around the village so the prince could not go to find Lily. Meanwhile the old woman that was the witch snuck into Lily’s room and put a poison necklace in Lily’s jewellery box. The next day Lily put on the necklace and fell into a trance. That same day the prince came looking for Lily. When the prince got there he saw that around the village there were tall thorn bushes. Lily’s fairy friends saw that the prince could not get into the village. So they gave the prince a sword and a shield and the prince started to cut through the tall thorn bushes. After a while he got to the village and saw that everyone was asleep and he went to Lily’s house. When he got there he saw that Lily was in some kind of trance. He took the necklace off of her to remember her. As he took the necklace off Lily woke up and all of the people in the village woke up as well. The witch died, Lily and the Prince got married and they all lived happily ever after. THE END BY: Kassandra and Brynne

My March Break

On My March Break I made a fort out of cushions and a blanket inside the house. We built it in the basement. It looked very great. My brother and I played a Playstation 3 game. We played Kane & Lynch. My brother and I watched 3 movies. We watched Alvin & the Chipmunks, Evan Almighty and Dr. Doolittle. My mom got my brother and I a fish without us knowing. My fish is a girl fish. I named my fish Beauty. My mom got me a cool sweater too . Its colors are blue & white. We made 2 snowmen outside when we first go home from school. My Brother & I also played with puzzles & Barbie horse & trucks. We built castles out of blocks.

My March Break

I woke up on the first day of my break. I was supposed to play hockey with the Cougar players.
We learned the old witch and the new witch. You sit on the stick and slide forward. I went back home after that and I made maple syrup, it was fun. My mom, my dad and my brother were there. We had fun. Later we went shopping at Provigo, we bought chips. After that we went to BCS hockey

MY MARCH BREAK

I went to the Granby zoo durng my March Break. At the Granby zoo we saw elephants, giraffes, jaguars, panthers, hippos, birds (funny birds with afros and mohawks.) We also saw owls, tigers, long birds, porcupines, frogs, fox, turtle and big very big snakes. I went with my brother and my mom's friend and his daughter. It was very fun! My Grandmother also came to my house for 3 days. We went into the woods and played with her dog. Her dog's name is Mera. My cousin came over too. We played a small amount of time with video games and it was fun. He slept over for 3 days. I played a lot of hockey. I was a goalie and stopped 45 balls in one game. I played with my brother we played for one hour. At McDonald's we bought some hockey toys. I ate a Big Mac and I drew hockey stuff for fun. I like drawing all hockey things. I sang rap, I went on for one hour. I then went for a sleepover at my friend's in Compton. We relaxed.

April Fool's !!!

Hello Students!

Did any of you receive an April Fools joke this morning? I certainly did...when I brushed my teeth I noticed a terrible taste in my mouth!!! My daughter had sprinkled SALT all over it!
